Kate was born July 26, 1973 to parents who were both actors on British television. She grew up going to private school and won awards for her writing. It wasn't until her early adulthood when Kate took up the family tradition of acting. Kate acted in a few TV parts and while attending Oxford University, landed roles in a couple of films including Much Ado About Nothing.

Kate eventually secured her place in Hollywood with roles in movies such as Pearl Harbor, Serendipity, Underworld, Van Helsing, The Aviator, Underworld: Evolution, Click and most recently Vacancy. Check out her full filmography.
